Great front desk service. upgraded our room free of charge and very politely escorted us to where the elevator is. The room is really big and very pretty. I really like the bathtub and the four-poster bed. Classic and comfy. Booking is very convenient.

I stayed at this prestigious hotel on my special day and it exceeded my expectations! I booked an executive king room with lounge access. There were a group of people checking in the lobby when I got there but because I booked the executive room, they took me to the executive lounge for check-in which was very pleasant. The staff and their service were excellent. I want to commend Stevie, the hotel manager, as he was very helpful and made my birthday stay really worthwhile. I super love my room. It has a huge bathroom, a tiny walk in closet, and a huge bed! I made the right choice and indeed, found some peace, hassle free stay. <3

I always stay at the Peace Hotel for my birthday. The staff is absolutely incredible. The service is unmatched! Many thanks again to Lily and the other managers who make my stays so special. I will always return! If you are looking for fantastic service in a historic hotel, then look no further!

Loved the conscierge service. They were extremely helpful when my credit card was swallowed by an atm. Note to future travellers: do not expect to be able to withdraw money on weekends when Banks are closed. The gym was great too.

I have stayed here several times, and the staff is always phenomenal. This weekend I rented a suite for my birthday. I hosted a few friends for after dinner drinks, Lily and Stevie were so wonderful in helping arrange everything. The rooms are comfortable with fantastic Bund views.
